In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where we begin to explore what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. If you already have goals in mind, we’ll talk through them together. And if you’re feeling unsure or stuck, that’s completely okay - we’ll work collaboratively to begin shaping goals that feel meaningful and achievable to you.
As a relational therapist, Marisa prioritizes building a strong, supportive connection. She will be an engaged partner in your process - helping you identify what’s getting in the way of growth, challenging unhelpful patterns, and guiding you toward clarity, healing, and forward movement at your own pace.
